City of Orofino Appeals Board The City of Orofino is accepting applications for vacancies on the City of Orofino Appeals Board. The Appeals Board is a public advisory body established by City ordinance under the authority of Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 65 (Local Land Use Planning Act). The Board is made up of volunteers who will meet as needed. The purpose of the Appeals Board is to hear and decide appeals of certain administrative or quasi-judicial decisions made under the City’s ordinances and adopted codes, consistent with applicable Idaho state statutes.
